Sim is a multidisciplinary creative brand strategist and producer working at the intersection of art, architecture, technology, and human experience. With a strong foundation in sensory design and interaction, she is passionate about creating meaningful connections between people and their environments—both physical and digital.
Since 2017, Sim has explored how technology can deepen our understanding of the body and space through projects like Neoteny—a wearable device that blends movement and sensory cues to enhance autobiographical memory. This project has been exhibited globally, including at Ugly Duck Gallery ’19 (UK), UCL Doctoral School ’19 (UK), Ars Electronica ’18 (Austria), IALab Catapult Show ’19 (UK), LAC Studio ’20 (China), and KLAF ’19 (Malaysia), reflecting her commitment to innovative and experiential design.
Today, Sim helps shape the future of creative learning as a founding partner of Chumbaka, a center dedicated to inspiring and equipping young minds to thrive in the digital era through creative computing and coding. Prior to this, she co-founded Kod(Kod), a collective that engages the public with new media arts.
Sim works extensively in immersive art, gaming, and creative production, combining emerging technologies with storytelling and strategic brand development to craft future-proof solutions.
Outside of work, Sim leads an active, sunny lifestyle—enjoying tennis, CrossFit, golf, and outdoor activities that keep her energized and balanced.
